When will I recive my order?
It takes us between 1 and 2 business days to process an order, after which we will send it to you. You will also have to take into account the shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:
● Europe: 3-7 business days
● Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands: 2-4 business days
● International: 3-7 business days

My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it yet. What I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps

● Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.

● Check that it has not been left a non-delivery notice. The courier will try a second time. In the event that it was not possible to deliver the package to you again, contact the courier and make sure that it is available for collection at their warehouse

● Ask your neighbors if the carrier had left your package with them.

Please be aware we are not responsible for the Shipping Policy of the courier.

I have received an incorrect or damaged product. What I do?

In case of visible damage to the packaging or goods, the customer’s claim must be made to the distributor (to the delivery service) upon receipt of the goods. The buyer is not obliged to accept and may reject the shipment if the packaging is physically damaged, presents missing contents or signs of opening, or if the products are damaged in the packaging; In the case where the buyer has accepted the package, he must initiate the claim procedure directly with the distributor.
If your product has arrived incorrectly, send us an email to info@anumegeo.com as soon as possible from the moment of delivery with photos of your incorrect product, your order number and any other details you have about the order. We will contact you with a solution as soon as possible!

What is your product return policy?

We do not offer returns, but if something happens to your order, please contact us at info@anumegeo.com.

Do you return the money?

We only offer refunds to customers who receive wrong or damaged items or if the product happens to be out of stock due to our error. If this is your case, please contact us at info@anumegeo.com with photos of your item and order number, we will find a solution.

Can I exchange a product for a different one?

If you have ordered the wrong product, it can be changed if it has not already been sent by contacting us at info@anumegeo.com. If the product has already been shipped, it’s not possible to change it.
